Beautifying San Francisco's "Wiggle" bike path

While MUNI cuts may be frustrating for San Franciscans, there is a bright side: the city is also in the process of implementing a new bike plan. It's going to add almost 40 miles of new bike paths and lanes to city streets, making San Francisco easier to get around on two wheels. But that's not enough for Morgan Fitzgibbons. He thinks the city should completely close some of its streets to motorized traffic, and he tells us more in a segment we call "Radical Ideas."
