A new film festival kicks off at the Castro Theatre this weekend. German Gems will feature films from Germany and Austria, playing back to back, all day long, this Sunday, Feb 28. KALW's Kevin Robinson spoke with the festival's founder, Ingrid Eggers, to give us a preview.
