Oakland City Attorney addresses concerns about gang injunction
Oakland is facing another crime-fighting issue tomorrow--a judge is scheduled to hear arguments for a gang injunction in North Oakland.
If approved, the people named in the suit will be restricted in their activity and have to obey a curfew within a 100-square-block radius.
KALW's Rina Palta reported on the arguments against the injunction on Crosscurrents. KALW's Holly Kernan then asked John Russo to address the many concerns raised in relation to the injunction.
